Enhance Eye Shadow Color
It’s possible to intensify any eye shadow color with this simple trick. Take a white eyeliner and ‘color-in’ the eyelid. Then take the eyeshadow color you want to use and apply it over the white eyeliner. The white underneath intensifies the eyeshadow color.
