Apparently, in Russia is very common to have a solid bar of soap in a liquid soap dispenser. And it has to be asked: How do you actually utilize this? Do you just open the dispenser, grab the soap and wash your hands? Because that seems like the only way that you could use this realistically. It might just be better to wash your hand with water.
