After looking around for the best sport for her, Allison fell in love with the pole discipline. The moment she got a hold of the pole and started to run towards the bar, she knew that she had found her true passion. She knew right from the start that she had it in her to succeed in the pole vaulting world. Since she was very determined to excel at this, she wasted no time. She took it upon herself to sharpen her skills at the sport and very soon, Allison became one of the youngest pole vaulters and one of the most successful ones too in the entire country. When she was only 15, she became the United States Champion, and believe it or not, she managed to jump a whooping 10 feet.
